Choose your own path and get past the obstacles. Life is hard, you'll face many obstacles, make mistakes, and get hurt from time to time. Everybody makes mistakes and everybody gets hurt. This doesn’t mean you’re condemned to failure. You have all the power and the potential to determine your destiny by creating your own path to happiness.
Just because you deserve an apology, it doesn’t mean you will get one. You must accept that people can be cruel. They might hurt you and not apologize for it. In fact, they might not give a damn about you or your feelings. We all make mistakes and sometimes it’s easier to ignore them. Admitting you’ve made a mistake and apologizing can be one of the hardest things EVER.
Certain habits can be horribly destructive to your mind, body, and way of life. Breaking a bad habit can be very hard for a lot of people. Most of the time we form our own habits that are negative and sometimes have life-threatening consequences. Webster defines a HABIT as a "customary pattern behavior/ a usual way of behaving." A habit can be conscious or subconscious behavior. The conscious mind is critical and analytical, it thinks and rationalizes your behaviors. Causing you to weigh the good, the bad, and the consequences of each. Your subconscious mind is automatic and habitual. It does not think or reason, your behavior is simply what you've been conditioned to do, like a robot.
A releasing of toxic emotional energy can help you change your quality of life. You must clear out pain and suffering because they can cause many struggles in your life. Accepting yourself is also a must. You have to believe that you are valid and valuable. To believe this you need to find a method to push you towards inner healing. Inner healing will free up your limited mind set, and change your feelings about self-love, and the possibilities of life’s fulfillment.
